The company Aureza acts as a content host for user posts on the Aureza application. As a host, we are not subject to a general obligation to monitor the information we store, nor to actively seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activities.

The user is solely and entirely responsible for the content (texts, images, etc.) they upload on the application. The user undertakes to ensure that their posts comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions relating to privacy rights, image rights, and the protection of personal data (GDPR). In particular, the user undertakes not to publish photographs showing identifiable persons without their consent or readable license plates.

In accordance with Article 6.I.5 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), our liability can only be incurred for illegal content if, after having actual knowledge of it, we have not acted promptly to remove it or make access to it impossible.

By creating an account and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the application, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

You may not use our application for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

• To violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person
• To upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the application
